1. Custom Embroidery Orders

At Signature Stitch Studio, we specialize in personalized items. It is the customer's responsibility to review all personalization details (including spelling, dates, and font choice) before completing the purchase. Once an order enters our industrial production queue, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.

2. Craftsmanship and Quality

We utilize advanced industrial embroidery machines and premium threads to ensure consistency and durability. However, please note that slight variations in stitch tension and thread sheen may occur as part of the unique embroidery process. Each item is individually checked for professional quality before being shipped.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed after the stated studio production time. We provide full tracking information for all shipments. Signature Stitch Studio is not liable for delayed arrivals due to logistics carrier issues or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer at checkout.

4. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales of embroidered items are final. Returns or exchanges are only granted in the rare case of a manufacturing defect or a studio error in the personalization provided. Please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery for any claims.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, patterns, text, and imagery on this website are the proprietary property of Signature Stitch Studio. Any unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or use of our designs is strictly prohibited under copyright laws.
