All items are embroidered and shipped from Florida, USA.

Processing Time

  • Current processing time: 1–3 business days
  • Most orders ship the next business day

Shipping

  • We primarily ship via USPS Priority and UPS Ground
  • We currently ship to the USA and Canada only
  • Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to duties and taxes charged by customs

Cancellations

  • Cancellations are accepted within 4 hours of placing your order
  • To request a cancellation, send us a message with your order number

Refunds & Exchanges

Because each item is personalized and made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Incorrect personalization details
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

Please double-check your:

  • Shipping address
  • Size selection
  • Personalization (names, dates, etc.)

Use the size chart shown in the product photos and compare it to a similar item you already own for the best fit.

Order Issues & Our Responsibility

If we make a mistake on your order (such as wrong personalization, item, or color):

  • We will work with you to provide a correct replacement as soon as possible
  • Please send us a message with your order number, and we will respond within 24 hours
